About us
When handling the cases confided to us, Legalis Advocaten aspires to offer the highest possible quality guarantees. This obviously implies one has to work critically.
In this case this entails that the office only handles cases in the following fields: company laws, commercial law, economic law, transportation law, social law, traffic law, insurance law, social and economic criminal law, transportation criminal law, administrative law and international litigation.
The office primarily strives for a relationship based on mutual trust with the clientele.
A good cooperation often emanates from a lawsuit, but eventually it should lead up to the reduction of the number of current lawsuits owing to a preventive approach.
Advice is often (metaphorically speaking) priceless, when it can preclude unnecessary expenses. Giving thorough advice however requires a good knowledge of the clientele’s activity. Therefore specialized professional knowledge produces an optimal return when there is a continual cooperation.
Besides Legalis Advocaten is often called in for once-only matters in the field of transportation law, company law and international litigation. Such mediations usually occur at the request of colleagues or insurers, for sometimes the nature of the dispute requires an expert knowledge of the matter.
